Your application
Once you have applied, we will carefully review your application. You will hear from us soon to let you know if we invite you for an interview.
First date
We’ll contact you to walk you through the process and take the first step to set up an interview. And since we’re already talking: feel free to ask any questions you may have.
Second interview
For the second interview, we ask you to complete an online assessment in advance. For some positions we may ask you for something extra, such as a business case.
Are we a match?
Two interviews are usually enough to see if it’s a match. And if you agree… well, it’s the beautiful beginning of your career at bol.

Because we think it is important that you get a glimpse of the atmosphere in our office, we discuss the culture here.
Online and offline
We believe it's important for you to get a feel for our office atmosphere, so we aim for a flexible application process. This means most of your application will be online, but we're also exploring ways to meet in person at our Utrecht office, perhaps for your first or second interview. The recruiter will keep you updated on your application process, so you'll know exactly what to expect.
