A lot will change when you choose to work at bol and move to the Netherlands. To ensure a seamless transition, we’re here to help with various aspects, including paperwork. Such as immigration documents for you and your family, covering airline tickets to the Netherlands, providing temporary accommodation, assisting in finding a permanent residence, and helping with subscriptions, such as those for doctors or dentists. Additionally, we offer a relocation allowance to cover miscellaneous expenses during your relocation.

Our new way of working
The bol campus – our main office – is located in Utrecht. However, we don’t expect you to be there all the time. We started our new way of working which means: working 50% at the office and 50% from home.

The bol campus is our main office, in Utrecht.
How often do I need to be in the office?
We aim to work on average 50% at the office and 50% from home, but whether that is 2 or 3 days a week at the office is up to you. This could be different per team, so discuss with your new team what days everyone goes!
