At bol, we believe AI is the future of creative work. As our AI Innovation & Creative Technology Intern, you’ll team up with our creative AI team to work on projects that push the boundaries of what AI can do. Whether that’s building smarter tooling, faster creative processes or something the world hasn’t seen yet. You’ll dive into our creative tools, build your own, identify areas for innovation, shape the case behind your ideas and help define how we use AI in everyday and future creative processes. Always with an eye for creativity, brand consistency and real business value. Expect a lot of freedom, responsibility and inspiration.

What you will do as Internship AI Innovation & Creative Technology

As an AI Innovation & Creative Technology Intern, you’ll join bol’s in-house creative agency: burobol. Within burobol, you’ll be part of the AI team, where we explore how generative AI can help us create better, faster and more scalable content. You’ll gain experience in a diverse team of creatives, copywriters, engineers and AI specialists, working on projects that combine brand, technology and innovation. From B2C and B2B campaigns to internal tools and communication, you’ll get to work on AI projects that show up in many corners of bol, from smart tools to creative experiments and everything in between.

• During your internship, you will:
• Work on an AI innovation project from idea to prototype.
• Develop and improve our own AI tools
• Explore, build and test prototypes using generative AI.
• Spot opportunities to make creative workflows smarter, faster and more scalable
• Turn ideas into clear concepts, cases or proposals.
• Collaborate with creatives, developers and AI specialists
• Translate your findings into demos, learnings and next steps for the team

What do you bring?

You study AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Creative Technology or something similar.
You have a strong interest in applied AI in creative settings.
You love tech, but speak “creative” too.
Python and prompt engineering don’t scare you.
You’re curious, hands-on and eager to explore.
You can turn ideas into clear concepts, prototypes or cases.
You’re comfortable sharing your thinking and presenting your work to others.
