Success in this role goes far beyond managing contracts. You will connect people across Tech, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Security, align stakeholders with different perspectives, and build trust with both internal teams and external vendors. This is what you'll do as a Contract Manager IT
As a Contract Manager IT, you ensure bol gets maximum value from its IT vendors and strategic partners. You are responsible for the complete contract lifecycle, from sourcing and contracting to vendor performance management, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and compliance.
You manage a portfolio of IT suppliers and work closely with stakeholders across Tech, Finance, Legal, Security, Procurement, and Business teams. Your focus extends beyond contracts alone: you make sure our vendor ecosystem actively contributes to bol's strategic objectives.
- Leading sourcing initiatives from business requirement through contract signature.
- Proactively managing and optimizing IT contracts throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
- Supporting and conducting contract negotiations with suppliers on pricing, terms, and service delivery.
- Drafting, reviewing, and documenting contracts and contractual agreements.
- Acting as the central point of contact and coordinator for internal and external stakeholders regarding IT suppliers and contracts.
- Conducting vendor reviews, contract evaluations, and performance discussions.
- Identifying and realizing cost savings, optimizations, and contract improvements.
- Ensuring compliance, governance, and risk management requirements are met.
- Managing contract administration, purchase orders, and supplier data within our supplier portal lvalua.
- Advising stakeholders on supplier strategy and contract-related decisions.
- Contributing to the development of a professional Vendor Management Office

Where you'll be working
You'll become part of the Vendor Management Office within Business Platform.
This is a relatively new capability within bol, focused on professionalizing the way we manage vendors, contracts, and supplier relationships across the organization. Our ambition is to create a centralized approach that provides better control over spend, risk, compliance, and strategic partnerships.
You'll collaborate with engineers, architects, managers, legal specialists, security experts, and finance professionals, giving you visibility and influence across the company.
