Lead the development of the technical vision of a products to make sure there is a right balance between innovation, technical depth and operation.
Knowledge Sharing
Create synergy between colleagues and teams by improving the knowledge- and experience sharing within the teams and across the organisation.
Horizontal Initiatives
Provides direction and guidance for the roll-out of “horizontal” (cross-company) initiatives and recognise and shape new initiatives that benefit bol.
Coaching
Coach and leading the teams on technical complex solutions and decisions.
