What you’ll do as Platform Support Engineer
As a Platform Support Engineer you will be the first point of contact for 1,000+ developers, you’ll tackle complex technical issues across our stack - from cryptic Kubernetes errors to cloud database quirks - using your deep infrastructure expertise and problem-solving skills. You’ll own issues end-to-end, whether resolving them yourself, mobilizing experts, or guiding users to documentation.

You’re expected to be familiar with:
- Expertise in Linux, Kubernetes
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Puppet/Terraform/Config Connector)
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) and databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle).
- Knowledge of networking (NAT, firewalls, routing) and monitoring tools (Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Understanding of CI/CD, security principles, and scripting (Bash/Python).
Bonus points if you also bring:
- Experience with automation tools
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management
- Certifications like GCP Associate Cloud Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
- Familiarity with GenAI and AI models (e.g., LLMs, ML workflows).
You’ll:
- Troubleshoot a broad range of issues across our platform stack
- Support engineers in setting up non-standard configurations while ensuring compliance
- Know when to dive deep, when to point to documentation, and when to escalate
- Collaborate with developers and SDMs to escalate complex issues-while maintaining ownership
- Document solutions, share knowledge, and improve support processes
- Learn and grow fast thanks to the diversity of challenges and technologies you’ll encounter
