Portfolio managers are a rare breed of specialists who must master several complex skills. You'll need to speak the languages of diverse stakeholders, from tech gurus to business colleagues, winning hearts and minds across domains. You'll be the timekeeper for multiple concurrent processes, ensuring everything runs like a Swiss watch. And you'll tailor the portfolio to fit bol’s ambitions to deliver maximum impact.

What you'll do as Portfolio Manager

As Portfolio Manager, you'll play a crucial role in orchestrating bol's strategic ambitions. Reporting to the Head of Portfolio, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a subset of our portfolio. Your responsibility will be to capture and represent the bottom-up perspective across the organization and ensure it is properly aligned with the top-down ambitions. You'll gather and analyze information from various parts of the business, working closely with Product/Tech and Data teams to track and monitor sub-portfolio performance. A key part of your role will be to advocate for and implement new approaches to thinking about value, always pushing for better performance and efficiency.
