Strategic Advice
Provide expert advice and negotiates on matters of (strategic) importance for bol – these could relate to innovation, quality, efficiency, commercial goals, business advantage, and/or compliance.
Expert Advice
Provide expert advice on matters of special consideration such as commercial/employee disputes, (complex) contract negotiations and changes in regulation.
Projects
Plan, lead and/or participate in projects relating to the specific area of expertise.
Data Analysis
Prepare and share (quantitative and qualitative) data analysis relating to the specific area of expertise.
Stakeholder Management
Interact with and influence internal and external stakeholders and represent the specific area of expertise.
