You guide the transition from the initial launch phase to stable daily operations by keeping all project milestones on track. This role does not involve direct people management, meaning you deliver results through structured coordination and collaboration. You align logistics partners and internal specialist teams around operational readiness and performance targets. The challenge lies in keeping the launch moving forward and managing expectations without hierarchical authority.

What you will do as Project Manager Logistics

You coordinate and support the project to open and run our new warehouse. As a project manager, you ensure the structured implementation of operational processes and keep track of launch deliverables. You translate project plans into clear actions and collaborate with logistics service providers on daily operations. By working closely with various specialist teams, you help build a stable and future-proof warehouse operation.

• Coordinate the launch and operational setup of the new warehouse to realise agreed project milestones.
• Support the resolution of operational challenges regarding capacity, quality, safety, and service in the new facility.
• Play an active role in planning, setting up, and stabilising daily operations at the new site.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from operations, engineering, finance, and product teams.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and report on key deliverables for the new warehouse.
• Combine data, analyses, and project insights to deliver sustainable operational improvements.
