Within the Job Family Excellence & Improvement, you ensure excellent and continuous improvement in actions, processes, KPIs and results through data analysis, dashboarding, projects and daily process control in order to make an impact (e.g., improve effectiveness, data-driven WoW and/or scalability).
What you'll do
Key Accountabilities within Excellence & Improvement
Analyse & Action
Analyse and track the goals and drivers of the department (KPI’s) and translate these in actionable insights and proposals for the teams. Subconsequently, responsible for steering on KPI’s and of the improvement of KPI’s.
Process Improvement
Identify improvements on processes in collaboration with team and other stakeholders.
Cross Collaboration
Act as a connector/bridge closing the gaps between Innovation and Operations across teams.
Projects
Run projects to improve processes and have these implemented within the bol landscape to deliver results and KPIs; create and maintain associated documentation.
Stakeholder Management
Form, maintain and engage stakeholder relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Data Literacy
Stimulate and contribute to a more data-driven way of working, and spread a data driven mindset and data driven decision making.
Quality Control
Set quality objectives and guarantee its completion through periodic quality checks.
