At bol, we’re exploring how Artificial Intelligence can boost creativity, speed up visual production and help us create smarter digital content. As an AI Digital Design Intern, you’ll be right at the forefront of that journey.

This internship is designed for those who love combining digital design, creativity and technology. You know how to turn ideas into strong visual concepts, experiment with new tools and can help create user interface designs.

From turning creative prompts into visuals with generative AI tools to designing UI assets for experiments, campaigns and internal tools, you’ll help us discover how AI can support creative workflows. This is your chance to apply your design and user research skills in a real-world environment and create digital work for 13 million customers.

What will you do?

As an AI Digital Design Intern, you’ll join bol’s in-house creative agency: burobol. Within burobol, you’ll become part of the AI team, where we explore how generative AI can help us create better, faster and more scalable content.

You’ll work in a diverse team of creatives, copywriters, engineers and AI specialists on projects where digital design, UI/UX design, visual storytelling, brand, technology and innovation come together. From B2C and B2B campaigns to internal tools and creative experiments, you’ll contribute to AI projects that appear in many corners of bol.

• During your internship, you will:
• Explore and experiment the limits and possibilities of AI design tools
• Turn creative ideas into visual concepts and digital assets
• Create visual designs with and without AI
• Help shape bol’s creative AI direction
• Research new AI applications for digital design, content creation and visual production
• Help build and improve our own internal AI content generation tools
• Use skills such as concept development, information architecture, visual design, prototyping, testing and iteration
• Inspire teammates by showing what AI can mean for creativity and digital content
• Learn a ton from experienced designers, creatives and AI specialists

What do you bring?

You are currently studying an UI/UX design study or a related creative field.

You love to combine creative design with technology, think visually and enjoy turning ideas into creative concepts.

You also bring:

Strong visual and digital design skills
Experience with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma or similar
A love for experimenting with new technology
Interest in AI, generative tools and visual innovation
The ability to think conceptually and work hands-on
Curiosity about UI/UX design, user interaction, innovative thinking and creative technology
A proactive and curious mindset
