Salary and bonus structure
Money talks, and we communicate clearly from day one. Our recruiters discuss salary expectations upfront, to create transparency from the get-go. On top of your salary and holiday allowance, we celebrate you, your achievements and bol’s successes with an annual bonus.  

Pension scheme
We take your future seriously – so much so that we’ve got 3/4 of your premium basic pension covered. Because securing your tomorrow is part of our job description too. 

Annual leave
Taking a breather, exploring the world, or just taking a day off? A good balance between work and relaxation is important to us. To facilitate this, all bol’ers receive 29 annual leave days to refresh and recharge. As we care about diversity and inclusivity, you have the freedom to swap official cultural and religious holidays for ones that resonate with your background.

Whether you travel by public transport or car, we’ve got you covered with reimbursement and electric car charging facilities. To start your bol journey off right, you’ll also receive a welcome package, a laptop, and even a noise-cancelling headset. A sustainable work environment
We’re not just focused on sustainability for our customers; we want to empower you to make sustainable choices too. Our annual bonus includes sustainability targets, and we provide electric shuttle buses from Utrecht Central Station to our office and back. For those with a lease car, we’re boosting our budget for electric vehicles compared to petrol ones. Plus, we’re big on waste reduction – our offices even have a ‘no-waste corner’ for lunchtime leftovers.

• Through the well-being platform OpenUp, you can easily and quickly connect with psychologists and lifestyle experts, as well as participate in masterclasses and group sessions focused on (mental) well-being

A balanced way of working
An environment that is as flexible as your favourite yoga pose and as accommodating as your very own home. That’s what you find working at bol. You’ll typically work 50% in the office and 50% from home, but feel free to adjust this balance together with your team.  

Working from abroad
We encourage you to step outside your comfort zone and take on adventures. You are therefore offered the possibility to work from abroad for eight weeks a year, under specified terms. 

Your home away from home
Our bol locations are more than just workplaces; they are your second home.  

Our Utrecht office is called our ‘campus’, fully equipped to make the most of your day. Our enormous plaza at the heart of the campus is where you make meaningful connections, share a delicious coffee, and have an informal chat with our hospitality hosts. It’s where you’ll find the vibrant bol “buzz” that defines our culture. The one where we achieve great things working closely together. 

On campus, feel free to make use of our light and branded meeting rooms, or work from your very own workspace that’s tailored to your preferences. Whether you prefer a standing desk, a landing spot, or a quiet concentration booth, we got you covered. Need a break from creating? Then shop at AH to go, play jeu de boules in our garden, enjoy a healthy lunch prepared by our catering team, or get a workout to boost your energy.  

The magic also happens in our bol Fulfilment Centers, where we store, pack, and ship our bol packages. We’ve recreated the same lively atmosphere to make your work enjoyable, just like on campus.
