Within the Job Family Commercial Partnering, you build, grow and maintain long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with customers through acquisition, account management and commercial activities to maximise value, increase loyalty, and achieve the commercial objectives of bol.

Key Accountabilities within Commercial Partnering

    • Acquisition

      Identify potential customers and acquire new accounts in line with the strategic ambitions and policies of bol.

    • Account Management

      Build, grow and maintain commercial relationships with partners in the portfolio in a solution-oriented and data-driven manner, and in line with the partner segmentation models, quality considerations and growth plans.

    • Strategic Insights

      Be the voice of the customers within bol by bringing in strategic business development insights that help bol improve its propositioning.

    • Partner Satisfaction

      Increase satisfaction levels with customers within the account portfolio by being empathetic and responsive.

    • Commercial Results

      Deliver on the commercial KPI’s (e.g. revenue, profit, growth %) for the account portfolio through focused targeting and disciplined execution.
