Lead with purpose, build trust, and inspire and engage team members, in line with and by acting as role models for bol’s purpose and values.
Talent Development
Appraise, coach, and develop team members, giving them responsibility and freedom while providing stretch assignments to develop talent and mastery.
Realisation
Set team’s direction, ensure implementation of the operational plan, monitor budget and performance, and manage and supervise team members in line with applicable guidelines while also contributing to the actual department work when needed.
Stakeholder Management
Initiate, develop and maintain partnerships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and role model cross-collaboration across departments, in line with business needs and external developments.
Optimisation
Contribute to the evaluation and/ or continuous improvement of (work) processes and systems; share learnings and celebrate successes.
Change Management
Manage the development and/or delivery of organisational change initiatives for own team.
Project Delivery
Lead, participate in and/or contribute to the definition, planning and coordination of assigned projects and ensure their timely execution and delivery through the team.
