We believe AI can make our content even sharper, smarter and more fun, without losing the bol voice. As our AI Content & Communication Intern, you’ll experiment with generative AI for copy and concepts: testing prompts, comparing output quality and editing results into on-brand, customer-friendly content. You’ll also help us build, improve and launch our own AI tools, from shaping use cases and creating examples to supporting adoption.

Next to that, you’ll help communicate about AI internally by turning experiments into clear guidelines, examples and storylines for presentations and demos. From training and improving our own tools to brainstorming and promoting new applications, you’ll be central to our next chapter in gen AI.

As an AI Content & Communication Intern, you’ll join bol’s in-house creative agency: burobol. Within burobol, you’ll be part of the AI team, where we explore how generative AI can help us create better, faster and more scalable content. You’ll gain experience in a diverse team of creatives, copywriters, engineers and AI specialists, working on projects that combine brand, technology and innovation. From B2C and B2B campaigns to internal tools and communication, you’ll get to work on AI projects that show up in many corners of bol, from smart tools to creative experiments and everything in between.

During your internship, you will:

• Create engaging content
• Help build, improve and launch our own AI tools, from use cases and examples to adoption.
• Help bol colleagues create on brand content using our own AI tools
• Build and improve storylines for presentations, demos and internal updates.
• Co-develop creative activations that use AI or help promote new AI applications
• Collaborate across design, tech and copy teams

• You study Communication, Creative Business, Linguistics, or related
• A strong love for language
