Within the Job Family Marketing, you develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, projects, propositions, and strategies that identify, attract, nurture and grow customers and/or partners for bol retail operations as well as the platform organisation, in order to grow the market share position, building a strong brand and enabling the commercial growth of bol.

Analyse & interpret data of consumers, brand and market segments to identify key growth opportunities.
Marketing Plans
Build and execute marketing plans (e.g., communication, research, PR, CRM, acquisition, audiences, loyalty) or target segments (e.g., region, B2B, B2C).
Content Development
Create, develop and implement marketing campaigns, projects, propositions, strategies and creative content for its implementation across marketing channels and ensure the maintenance of existing content.
Campaign Execution
Measure, monitor and control marketing results and budget and come up with new ideas to ensure the highest ROI.
Data & Insights
Understand customers and partners through data insights and take data driven decisions that maximise value for bol.
