Key Accountabilities within Project Management
Prioritisation
Define project purpose and develop a supported project plan, leveraging conflicting goals and prioritising, in line with the business requirements and available best practices.
Project Management
Set up, inspire, and facilitate teams while managing project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies on an ongoing basis, based on project objectives.
Project Monitoring
Monitor the project implementation and measure progress, adjusting, or escalating where necessary, and ensure an efficient handover at the end of the project.
Project Evaluation
Evaluate project ways of working throughout the cycle, identifying and incorporating process improvements and innovations for new projects, and sharing these learnings with colleagues.
Stakeholder Management
Identify and establish effective cooperation with key stakeholders, engaging and providing them with regular communications on progress, enablers, and risks.
Service Management
Direct and supervise service providers to ensure value-for-money for bol.
