
Within the Job Family Service Support Expertise, you act as reference contact for questions and requests and/or deliver (operational) support for the assigned focus area. You plan, prepare, execute, coordinate and provide input to (sub)projects, in line with internal guidelines and procedures, to support others to execute their responsibilities in an effective and efficient manner.

Support
Execute various substantive preparatory, operational and/ or administrative work related to the role, on behalf of internal and external stakeholders, in line with business needs and bol policies and procedures.
Projects
Prepare, support, execute and/ or implement(sub)projects and monitor and report progress to higher level in line with targeted outcome, timing, budget and quality of deliverables.
Reporting
Prepare and follow up on documents, memos and reports in line with prescribed reporting standards and (local) requirements.
Maintenance & Optimisation
Monitor and carry out regular maintenance on various aspects, systems and/or processes and contribute to preparation and/or implementation of (changes in) policies and procedures for assigned focus area (with the use of checklists).
Information Provision
Operate as a first point of contact for internal and/or external stakeholders and coordinate, monitor and/or follow up on questions and requests and provide answers and information for assigned focus area.
