You turn complex challenges into simple, intuitive solutions by championing user needs throughout the product development process. You ensure every touchpoint is clear, cohesive, and purposeful to deliver maximised value for our customers and the business
What you'll do
Key Accountabilities within User Experience
Experience Vision & Strategy
Own the vision for the customer experience. Define how the product should look, feel, and work—balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Make decisions that connect individual features to a coherent, end-to-end journey to deliver business needs and outcomes.
Experience Delivery
Design high-quality, user-centred solutions that solve customer and business problems. Ensure clarity, accessibility, and consistency by applying interaction design, visual design, and UX writing principles. Work cross-collaboratively to bring experiences to life with precision and care.
Research
Plan and conduct research to uncover customer needs, behaviours, and opportunities—using both qualitative and quantitative methods. Analyse and synthesise data, and translate insights into actionable solutions.
Customer Centricity
Deeply understand customer needs and ensure the customer perspective is considered at every stage of product development. Use insights to shape ideas, challenge assumptions, and guide decisions that lead to customer centric outcomes.
Communication & Facilitation
Lead cross collaboration efforts by making the customer experience visible and tangible. Facilitate co-creation through workshops and design reviews. Clearly communicate the “why” behind design decisions to align and inspire product strategy
