What you’ll do as Senior IT Risk Manager
You’ll join our IT Risk & Compliance team, which defends our platform against any and all evils lurking in the digital deep. A formidable task because these waters are shark-infested, and bol would make for a hearty meal. It’s up to you and your teammates to assess the cyber and general IT risks and present your insights convincingly. For example, by creating and sharing data-driven reports and dashboards, proactively advising IT management teams (how can they tackle their risks? Are we progressing in the right direction?), and maintaining and improving core IT Risk Management processes. So far, so operational? Yes, but the role has a substantial strategic component as well. We also need you to assess our (security) ambitions and pave the decision-making way toward a more robust policy and strategy framework. You’ll assume a prominent leadership position in the field of IT risk and go out of your way to raise the risk assessment bar within the tech community.

The IT Security team is part of our extensive IT operation, which consists of five sub-teams, each with its own focus areas. We embrace experimentation and new technology, so security continuously presents new opportunities and challenges. As for the atmosphere?
