Business Partnering

Within the Job Family Business Partnering, you analyse, advise, and implement solutions associated with their functional discipline (e.g. Finance, People& etc.) for an assigned function/department. support managers and teams to improve business processes and ways of working and to make decisions; in order to contribute to the realisation of business objectives.

What you'll do

Key Accountabilities within Business Partnering

    • Business Advice

      Advise managers and teams within assigned function/ department on topics associated with their functional discipline, (e.g. Finance, People& etc.), and formulate, present, and implement possible solutions.

    • Business Support

      Support and coach managers and teams with the development and implementation of business initiatives and programs within their department/team. Use reliable quantitative and qualitative data while providing this support and coaching.

    • Performance Improvement

      Measure, benchmark and evaluate performance indicators (including bottlenecks) of the assigned function/department in order to, where necessary, initiate and implement changes and/or interventions.

    • Project Management

      Lead and/or participate in various projects and improvement initiatives within assigned function/ department, in collaboration with the internal stakeholders including other Business Partners and colleagues within own functional discipline (e.g. Finance, People& etc.).
