Service Partnering

Within the Job Family Service Partnering, you provide excellent service to internal/external customers or partners as per pre-determined agreements and norms while using analysis, judgment, and sensitivity to their needs, and demonstrating product and process knowledge in order to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

What you'll do

Key Accountabilities within Service Partnering

    • Customer & Partner Service

      Provide quality service to customers and/or partners while identifying (where relevant) opportunities to improve current business or support retention.

    • Support

      Act as the point of contact for processing customer/ partner cases and for resolving customer/partner queries and complaints, to ensure ‘Happy customers/partners’ and improve the NPS.

    • Relation Management

      Maintain frequent interactions with customers and/or partners to understand and address their current and/or future needs.

    • Operational Excellence

      Perform (weekly/daily) activities as per agreed processes and KPI’s associated with operational excellence (e.g. First time fix).

    • Administration

      Prepare documents/ communications as well as basic data analysis relevant to the business process.
